We limit our professional relationships to a maximum of two to three companies in each industry. In this way we avoid being overly restricted by off-limits agreements and ensure that we have a broad spectrum of companies in which to search for potential candidates.

Executive search is the best method for filling the most senior positions (top two to three management levels) in a company. We consider level-one positions to be those of the Board of Directors, its staff, and General Management. Level-two positions are those reporting directly to General Management, for example, those in charge of the Financial, Administrative, Control, Sales, Marketing, Industrial, Systems, and Human Resources departments, among others. The level-three positions which can be successfully filled via
executive search
are those which are critical for achieving targeted results, for example, the management of a subsidiary or a business unit.
In certain sectors, such as banking or consultancy, some lower-level executive positions may nonetheless have a decisive influence on results. Such positions are also suitable for
executive search
.
The overall goal of a search is to provide the client company with a competitive advantage in its industry by enabling it to hire (within the financial boundaries it establishes) the executive most qualified to assume the position and achieve the company's objectives. Given that no two companies are alike, the pool of qualified candidates is quite limited, a fact which justifies launching a search to identify and attract the best professionals in each area of expertise, including those not actively seeking other opportunities.
