Executive search consultancy was first practiced in the 1950s in the United States, where it has achieved the highest standards of quality. Luis Verdeja, President of Verdeja & Asociados, is the only Spanish consultant to have worked in executive search in the United States, having spent from 1998 to 2000 in the Miami, Florida office of one of the world's leading executive search firms.

Our research network in North and South America enables us to conduct senior management searches in most major markets: the United States, Mexico, Brazil, Argentina and Chile. We are the only search firm in Spain to offer this service, given that other firms are obliged to transfer such requests to their branch offices in the respective country. This practice has two major drawbacks: one, clients are obliged to work with consultants who do not have firsthand knowledge of their company, and two, those consultants are physically distant and inevitably less accessible. |

| Before beginning any search, we perform the consultancy work necessary to define the responsibilities and objectives of the position, the profile and experience of the ideal candidate, the business sectors targeted, the potential attraction factors, and the client information which may be revealed to candidates. This initial work lays a firm foundation for efficient execution of the search, enabling us to rapidly target the best potential candidates and evaluate them in keeping with identical criteria. |

The report we provide about each candidate includes an analysis and evaluation in light of the position specifications. In addition, we provide written references on each candidate at the time we deliver our report, obtained from executives who have been direct superiors during the candidate's career.This practice is unique among search firms, given that others provide references only for the successful candidate, and then only shortly before the hiring takes place. |

During the course of a search, Verdeja & Asociados is in
constant contact with its clients to report on the pogress made. We work as
a team with our clients and are available for them at all times. To this
end, we take the steps necessary to ensure fluid communication.

Upon completing a search, we review the process with our client, analyzing the work performed and encouraging the client's feedback. In this way, we incorporate suggestions to improve our future performance as well as to establish a long-term understanding with our client. |
Off-limits |

Candidates
placed by Verdeja & Asociados will not be contacted
by us for other professional opportunities while employed
by the client company. In the event they leave the company,
they will not be contacted for at least one year after
departure. Moreover, during a period which is
determined
by the good faith between Verdeja & Asociados and its clients but which
in any event is no less than two years, Verdeja & Asociados will not contact
any executives who report directly or indirectly to any of its clients.
