After graduating with a degree in Law from the Universidad Autónoma de Madrid in 1985, del Yerro began his career as an associate lawyer at the Bertrán & Musitu law firm (currently Landwell), where for seven years he advised on a very wide variety of transactions and specialized in labor law, pharmaceutical and food law, distribution contracts and licensing agreements.

He simultaneously served as Secretary and Legal Counsel for the boards of various Spanish companies controlled by foreign investors. He was active in international bodies as a member of the Association Internationale des Jeunes Avocats and founding member of the Immigration European Lawyers Group.

In 1990 he co-founded the Interbeverage Services Group and dedicated himself fully to its growth and expansion. The Group currently employs over 250 people in Spain, Portugal, Morocco, Tunisia and Algeria. Currently he focuses his efforts on managing the companies in which he holds equity investments.

In 2004 he completed an Executive Education program at Harvard Business School and in 2005 became a member of the Madrid chapter of the Young Presidents Organization (YPO).

Board Member

Félix González Quesada earned a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from the Universidad Politécnica de Madrid, as well as an MBA from the Instituto de Empresa and a PDD from Insead/Euroforum.

He began his career as an IT and Process consultant and in 1991 he joined the management team at the multinational consulting firm Cap Gemini, where he led the company's penetration of various sectors in Spain and eventually became Leader of the Telecommunications, Media and Utilities Division, as well as a member of the Group's international Telecommunications committee.

In 2000 he joined Nokia as CEO for Spain and Portugal. During his tenure, he oversaw not only the company’s growth in the Iberian Peninsula but also the expansion of its activities in Latin America.

Since 2005 he is CEO of Comverse Technologies and Chairman of Zitralia, as well as an independent board member of various companies. Throughout his career he has managed multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in various countries.

Board Member

Ignacio Colsa holds a degree in Law from the University of Deusto as well as a degree in Business from ICADE. He began his career as a lawyer at the Ministry of Public Works, and after one year went to work for Gillette.

His career in advertising began when he joined Danis Benton & Bowles and later McCann-Erickson, where he spent 17 years, the last six as Director of Client Services and a member of the Management Committee. Subsequently he became Director of Corporate Development at Adhoc Young & Rubicam. Currently he is Managing Partner of the advertising agency Veinte Segundos.

He has worked with a vast range of Spanish and international clients in a variety of sectors, including Coca-Cola, Unilever, Telefonica, L'Oreal, Banco Santander, Mastercard, Lucent Technologies, Reckitt&Colman, RJReynolds, Disney, and Warner Brothers, among others.

He continued his education at Columbia University (New York) and for years has been a speaker and collaborator for the Master's Degree in Communication offered by Complutense University of Madrid. He is a member of the ICADE Business Club.

Board Member

Francisco Querejazu is a lawyer with a degree from Deusto University in Bilbao and an MBA from the IESE, one of Spain's leading business schools.

He has over 30 years' experience in the financial sector, both in Spain and abroad, all gained within the BBVA (Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria) Group.

He began his career as a lawyer at the Bank of Bilbao, where he later joined the Commercial Banking department and became the youngest Branch Director of his day. He led the Bank of Bilbao's office in Milan, Italy, and in 1980, after returning to Spain, he was promoted to Director of International Commerce. Subsequently, he became Director of both Capital Markets and Corporate Finance at the Bank of Bilbao and, after the merger, at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya (BBV). In 1994 he headed the Electronic Banking Division, including Credit Cards, ATMs, Call Centers, and Internet banking.

In 1998 he moved to Brussels following a promotion to the post of Director of Institutional Relations with the European Union. Following the BBV and Argentaria merger, he led the Bank's strategic investments in Europe and Morocco.

He has been Chairman, Vice Chairman, and Board member of various companies, both industrial and financial.
